Warren Smith III
Warren Smith III has been employed with the Red River Army Depot for the past six years as a Logistics Management Specialist. Prior to transferring to RRAD, Warren worked at the Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command Lifecycle Management Center in Warren, Michigan for 20 years.
Warren received his Bachelor of Science degree from Jarvis Christian College in Hawkins, Texas and his MBA from East Texas State University at Texarkana. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Theta Upsilon Chapter. He serves as a member and Minister at Christ Nations Church.
Marvin H. Williams
Marvin Harold Williams is the owner of Sky Over YONDER; a video production, photography and graphic arts business. He was born in Texarkana, Arkansas. Marvin was employed 33 years at various USA locations for Boeing Co. [Procurement Quality Specialist] Seattle, WA. He retired in 2006. He attended Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wis.; El Centro College; Dallas, Texas; San Diego Evening College; San Diego, Ca; Pike Peak College; Colorado Springs, Co. He has an A.S. Degree - Business Management.
Marvin's affiliations includes: Community Cemetery Association of Mandeville, Community Educational Action Team (CEAT), NAACP Miller County Branch, TRAHC African-American Committee (TAAC), Urban Renaissance, and Texarkana Evening Lion Club. He is a formal Board Member on Main Street Texarkana.
I. Donald Nelson
I. Donald Nelson is an educator in the midst of second retirement. Donald's higher education journey provided an educational experience at Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio; UAPB at Pine Bluff, Arkansas; Oklahoma State University at Stillwater, Oklahoma; University of Arkansas at Magnolia; Henderson State University at Arkadelphia, Arkansas; and East Texas University, Texarkana, Texas. Donald has a Masters Degree in History and Political Science. He shares the unique blessing of being the only African-American principal at Arkansas High School, Texarkana. Donald retired from the school district after 37 years in 1998 as the Deputy Superintendent. He spent nine years as Head Start Director, two additional years as Director at Southwest Arkansas Development Council, and 11 years on the school board. He is a 50 year member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, a Prince Hall Mason, and a member of the Eleventh Street Baptist Church.
Donald is married to Geraldine Gibson-Nelson with two children and three grandchildren.
Lisa earned an associate’s degree from Texarkana College and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas. Lisa is a member of Toastmaster's International and has served on the JCOK board of directors since September 2014. Lisa is the founding Executive Director of ArkLaTex Blessing Center in Texarkana, Texas and her goal is start a care and recovery center for victims of sex trafficking.
Larry Simmons is the President & CEO for Business & Financial Solutions. He holds an undergraduate degree in accounting, with a minor in computer technology. Mr. Simmons also holds, from Auburn University, an MBA in Finance. Before founding Business & Financial Solutions in 2002, Mr. Simmons worked for Deloitte and Touché as the Director of Government Contracts and Non-profit Services.
Mr. Simmons is the Chairman of the Board for Women Who Care Ministries, Inc., and Executive Director for XYZ Services, Inc. He is the co-chair for the Montgomery County Alcohol and Other Drug Addiction Abuse Council to the Montgomery County Council, appointed by County Executive Isiah Leggett.
