E.N.R.I.C.H. Summer Program
The E.N.R.I.C.H. (Educate-Nurture-Reach-Instruct-Coach-Help) Summer Program recreational program operated from 2011-2019 for children 6 to 13 years old. E.N.R.I.C.H. Summer offered children a positive environment during the summer where they could continue to play and expand their minds through library trips, field trips, movies, art, poetry presentations, etc.
USDA Summer Food Service Program

A nutritious breakfast and lunch were served (except on major holidays) at no charge to children 18 years old and younger and people with disabilities of any age. JCOK operated the program from 2011-2020 with over 35,000 meals served!
E.N.R.I.C.H. After-School Program
The after-school tutorial program operated from 2014-2020 for students in the 1st to 6th grades attending the Texarkana Arkansas School District. A snack and dinner were served daily for free to all participating students. An on-site technology lab and library allowed students to complete homework and access programs to improve English, Reading, and Math skills.
This organization and its activities was not related to or sponsored by the Texarkana Arkansas School District.
